Calculating the mobile electronic charge unit operating performance in COMSOL software
نویسندگان
چکیده
The development of numerical analysis methods and, first all, the finite element method (FEM), makes it possible to obtain accurate solutions for quite complex objects. Such objects include mobile electric vehicle charging units (MCUs). MCU under will have a rather design, experiencing significant static and dynamic loads in operation, so their reliable calculation is only with help FEM, which allows multivariant calculations identification weak points design.

Evaluate The Behavior of PIN infrared detector via COMSOL software
Infrared detectors can be used for a variety of applications such as: using in fiber-optic communications. Conventional technology for IR detectors is using p-i-n structure based on GaAs compound. This paper reports on the design and modeling of an IR detector using a p-i-n GaAs structure. Comsol software is used to simulate the model and the detector is discussed for terminal current, dopant p...

Micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMs) are Combination of electrical and mechanical components in Micron dimensions. In recent years, holding, actuating methods and handling of MEMs components such as microgripper, microsensors and etc. have been deeply studied. Microgrippers for handling, positioning and assembling of micro components are very useful so that for clamping need actuation create...
متن کاملUsing COMSOL Multiphysics® Software for Benchmarking Problems in Cell Migration
Modeling of migrating cells often requires sophisticated numerical tools necessary for solving highly nonlinear partial and ordinary differential equations in domains with moving boundaries. We have recently developed a novel conservative method [1] for simulating reactions and transport in moving domains, which combines an Eulerian approach with tracking an explicit boundary. The latter is imp...
